Medication Replacement Policy
We’re committed to making sure your medication is safe, effective, and arrives in proper condition. If a replacement is needed, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you. To start the process, log into your Titan portal and create a ticket under “Issues With Your Prescription.” Be sure to include a brief description and upload any relevant images so our team can get a replacement out to you quickly.
