1. Complete the Titan Renewal form
   Share how you’ve been feeling, any changes in symptoms, and your goals.

2. Complete your next set of labs
   It's time for new bloodwork, we’ll send a lab order via email and in your portal so we can review your latest levels.

3. Meet with your Titan clinician
   In a short virtual visit, your clinician will review your labs and check-in to make sure you’re responding well to treatment.

4. Get your next shipment
   Once approved, we’ll send out a 12-week supply of medication for uninterrupted treatment.
