How long will it take for my medication to arrive after my prescription is submitted?

At Titan, we’re focused on getting you started quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Here’s what to expect after you sign up:

Prescription Review and Approval
Once your labs are completed, you’ll be required to complete a live video consultation with a licensed Titan provider. After your visit, if you’re eligible, your prescription will be written and submitted—usually within 24 hours.

Prescription Fulfillment
After approval, we’ll send your prescription to a partner pharmacy, and it’ll be delivered to your door within 5 business days. Your initial prescription will include 8 weeks (56 days) of medication. Please note: for health and safety reasons, pharmacies do not ship from Friday to Sunday.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Ongoing Communication
