What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your prescription is written by a Titan provider. After that, you can still cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Titan operates on a month-to-month basis with no contracts or long-term commitments, so cancellation is simple.

Once a prescription for a given month is written and processed with the pharmacy, we cannot issue refunds. This is because a licensed provider has already reviewed your medical intake and written a prescription that has been sent to the pharmacy. Payment for these clinical services cannot be reversed.

To cancel, log in to your Titan portal and go to the Profile tab, then select Cancel Plan.
