How do I update my payment method or shipping address?
Updating Payment Method:
You can update your payment method easily from your portal.
Go to https://jointitan.com and click Your Portal in the top-right corner.
Enter your email to receive a login link (check your spam). If the email doesn’t work, you may have signed up with a different one—try another you may have used.
In your portal, click on the Profile tab, then click Update in the Payment Method box.
Please note: your updated payment will take effect for your next order. Any in-progress orders will still be charged to the previously saved method.
Updating Shipping Address:
You can also update your shipping address through your portal:
Go to https://jointitan.com and click Your Portal in the top-right corner.
Enter your email to receive a login link (check your spam).
In your portal, click the Profile tab, then click Update in the Shipping Address box.
Please note: your new shipping address will apply to future orders. Orders already in progress cannot be updated.
