How long will it take for my medication to arrive after my prescription is submitted?

After you sign up and complete your labs, you'll be required to have a live video visit with a Titan provider to review your results and determine eligibility. Once your visit is complete and your prescription is approved, it’s sent to one of our pharmacy partners.
Once your prescription is written, your medication will ship within 5 business days. Please note that pharmacies do not ship from Friday to Sunday for health and safety reasons.
