How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address easily from your portal:

1. Go to https://jointitan.com and click Your Portal in the top-right corner.

2. Enter your email to receive a login link (check your spam). If the email you enter doesn’t work, try any other email you may have used to sign up.

3. In your portal, click on the 'Profile' tab, then click “Update” in the Shipping Address box.

Please note: your new address will apply to future shipments. Any packages already in transit cannot be rerouted.
